For over a decade Ellen has been guiding silent walking retreats with her company Live Mindfully. Kausay has been one of her favorite retreat locations. Unfortunately due to change in legislation retreats are momentarily not possible at Kausay. Ellen now organizes this retreat in small groups from another location.
With the same passion as always, Ellen takes you to the most beautiful places in her area. She combines walking in silence, meditations and sharing into a powerful retreat program. Come to nature and recharge your energy!

In the silent walking retreat silence plays an important role but it is not a fully silent retreat. The program offers the possibility to combine silence with connection. During the walks we will be in silence, when we arrive back silence is optional allowing space for sharing about life’s experiences so that we can be of support to each other, inspire each other and just feel the power of human connection.
The program combines silence with connection and meditation with physical activity. A unique experience that will refresh your energy and help you bring mindfulness and awareness into your daily life.
